For a more efficient and seamless support experience, we encourage you to submit all support requests through our ticketing system. This approach enables us to accurately track, prioritize, and manage your requests, ensuring that no details are overlooked.
Getting Started
Already registered? If you can't find what you're looking for in the Knowledge base, simply use the "Submit a Ticket" button below for additional assistance.
Alternatively, if you are not yet registered, please follow the steps below.
To register or sign in to the Help Center
Simply use the Sign-in option, (top right of this article) where you'll be prompted to enter your company email address and password. In case you haven't received a registration link or have forgotten your details, Please click the 'Forgot Password' option where a link will be sent to your email to easily reset your password or register for the first time. Don't forget to check your Junk folders for any missed communications.

On the top right corner of the support page, click the Sign In button.

Enter Your Email Address
Type in the email address and password -
Forgot Password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, click on Forgot my password, and Zendesk will send you an email with instructions to reset it. -
Access Your Account
Once logged in, you can view your submitted tickets, track the status of your requests, and communicate with the support team directly.
Viewing Requests:
- In the "My Requests" section, you’ll find three tabs:
- My requests: View requests you personally submitted.
- Requests I’m CC’d on: View requests you’re copied on.
- Organization requests: See all requests submitted by your organization.
Filtering Requests:
- Use the search bar to find specific requests by keywords.
- Select your Organization from the dropdown to view requests specific to that organization.
- Adjust the Status filter (e.g., open, closed) to see requests in different stages.
Once Logged In

View Requests: In the "My Requests" section, you’ll find three tabs:
- My Requests: Requests you submitted.
- Requests I’m CC’d on: Requests you’re copied on.
- Organization Requests: All requests from your organization.
- Filter Requests: Use the search bar or filter by Organization and Status (e.g., open, closed) to locate specific tickets.
Submit a New Ticket
- At the bottom of any page, you’ll find a “Submit a Ticket” option to create a new support request.
